Welcome to the NCJJ publications page! 

The filters to the left return results only on NCJJ publications; whereas the Search Resources interface above it and in the At-a-Click Resources on the homepage runs against the entire NCJJ database--returning results on state details, publications and external links in this order.

Filter Instructions:

Use the Keyword filter to retrieve publications by searching for phrases that begin with the entered text. Keyword searches are limited to the title description field of publication profiles in the database.  Therefore, an author name or year entered in keyword will only return results if the author is in the description.

Use the Author filter to search by NCJJ author name.

Use the Publication Type filter to search by NCJJ publication type--a broad category of publications.  Please note the generic "publications" type is applied to miscellaneous reports and products published by NCJJ (ex. state or county- based reports that NCJJ has received written permission to release).

Use the Serial Type filter to search within NCJJ serial publications (note some serial types have been discontinued but can be retrieved in this interface).

Filter combinations can be applied to narrow results by a connector of AND.  For example, a serial publication can be cross-referenced with a keyword  search of the title and description for year.
