This document reports on CISP - the Community Intensive Supervision Project, operated by the Juvenile Section of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Family Division (Pittsburgh, PA). CISP is a community-based initiative that targets juveniles from selected neighborhoods (Garfield, the Hill District, and Homewood) for intensive supervision in their own communities. The program provides electronic monitoring, transportation, counseling, community service, recreational and cultural activities, and performance monitoring and sanctioning.
