Each category provides the data elements, comments or issues to consider, and sample values for designing a case tracking system. The categories include: case identifiers, child/family demographics, addresses, interested parties, petition data, Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA), motions, appeals, court hearings, court orders, case/permanent plans, placement history, custody status, child needs/issues, and parent problems.
