This is the final report on a project, conducted by the National Center for Juvenile Justice, focused on Douglas County (NE) Juvenile Court's handling of delinquency/status and neglect/dependency cases. The authors suggest that the Court should consider instituting a number of changes in the way hearings are scheduled and cases are processed. In all, ten recommendations are discussed in this report.
