This document presents an assessment of a pilot project in the Lorain County Domestic Relations Court to establish procedures and programs to enhance the coordination and efficient management of family cases in the local court system. An important goal of the model project was to revise local juvenile and domestic court rules into 'family court rules' that would enhance the court's ability to manage its domestic and juvenile caseload in a timely and efficient manner.
