We are expert at conducting Evaluability Assessments, which can be a critical first step for making sure your program is "ready" to be evaluated. Programs that are evaluated before they have had enough time to develop consistent staffing, implementation, and data collection practices often show poor results simply because they were evaluated "too soon", which can sometimes hijack a potentially effective program's opportunity to demonstrate its effectiveness.
